• Download My Zong App Official App from there.
• After downloading the app, install it on your Android Mobile Phone.
• then Sign up with your Zong Prepaid Number
• Now Sign-In.
• Click on Home Page and then click on Tax Certificate.
• After that, you will be redirected to Tax Certificate Page.

• Go to the official website https://ecare.zong.com.pk/
• After opening the Web Page, you will enter your Zong Verified SIM Number
• Now Fill the Captcha with the Correct Figures which display on the screen
• To Gain Access, login into your Zong Ecare Website
• You will receive a verification code on your Zong sim after submitting your username and password
• To obtain the Tax certificate, enter the select month date, and year.
• Your Tax certificate will be ready to download.

Zong Tax Certificate Via Email

If all the above steps did not work properly on your side, then you can send an email to zong Company to get your Tax Certificate. In that email, you should write your Verified Zong SIM Number, ID Card Both Side Scan copy, and start date with end date. After sending the email, wait for some hours for a reply from zong CS and after that, you will receive a Zong tax certificate in PDF format for Download purposes.
